By downloading, accessing, or using FaceFortune (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

• You will use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You will not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide.
• The App may change over time, including features, availability, and functionality.

User Content

The App may allow you to submit photos or images (“User Content”) for analysis.

• Your rights. You retain any rights you have in your User Content.
• Permissions you grant us. You grant FaceFortune a limited license to process your User Content solely to operate the App, generate results, and provide support.
• Your responsibility. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third‑party rights.

• Entertainment only. FaceFortune provides content for entertainment and informational purposes and does not provide professional advice.
• No warranties. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Results may vary. Any outputs, interpretations, or “fortune” results are subjective and may be inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceFortune will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the App, our users, or others.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated.
